Q- Are the Tents Waterproof?

A- Yes all the Bell Tents are weatherproof and are designed for tough Ozzie conditions. They’re also designed to keep the bugs out. TeePees however are designed for undercover use only.

Q- How much space do I need?

A- For Each Bell tent you need an extra metre. Eg: our 4m Bell needs 5x5m to set up. Teepees- 130x95x95 cm.

Q- How far do you travel?

A- We can travel just about anywhere in Western Australia. Within 30kms from our storage space in Bullsbrook is free.

Q- How do I Pay?

A- We accept payment via EFT, PayPal or cash. All EFT and PayPal payments need to be processed 7 days before event.

Q- Do you accept PayPal pay in 4?

A- We sure do. This allows you to book your event now and pay it off over 4 easy interest free payments.

Q- How does the booking fee work?

A- We take a minimum booking fee of $50. This fee is to secure your event date and needs to be made asap. The fee is a deposit and will be deducted from the final payment.

Q- What is your cancellation policy?

A- We understand life happens so we prefer to reschedule. But if that’s not possible your booking fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation happens within 7 days you will also forfeit full payment.

Q- What happens if we damage something?

A- We understand accidents happen, however if any damage/stains or marks occurs to any of the hired equipment a replacement fee will be required upon collection. Amount will be determined on inspection of damage.
